Terms of Sale

Thank you for choosing Ri in Rangoon. These terms apply whenever you buy or order from us, in the boutique, by message or on riinrangoon.com. The acknowledgement you sign for each order records its price, currency, deposit, balance and dates.

1. Authentic, guaranteed. Everything we sell is authentic. Should a recognised authentication service ever find otherwise, bring the piece back with everything that came with it and we refund the full price you paid.

2. Deposits. A deposit reserves the piece and its price for you and is not refundable. If you would like to switch to another piece, please ask; where we agree, we settle any price difference then.

3. Currency. Prices and balances are confirmed in the currency shown on your receipt. A foreign-currency balance is paid in that currency; if you prefer to pay in kyat or another currency, we apply our rate on the day you pay.

4. Collection. We check the piece together when you collect it and you sign for what you receive. After that we cannot accept claims about its condition or inclusions. Collection by someone you send counts as collection by you.

5. Pre-loved pieces and warranties. A pre-loved piece is sold as described on the day of sale; gentle signs of previous ownership are not faults. Any warranty is the brand's; we pass on the papers and gladly help with claims and servicing.

6. Your details and changes.

• If we update these terms, we will ask you to agree again before your next order.
• Please raise any concern with us in writing first so we can put it right. Myanmar law applies.
