Privacy notice

Your privacy at Ri in Rangoon. We keep only what we need to look after you, and we never sell your details.

1. What we keep. Your name, phone number and Viber or Messenger handle; a delivery address if you ask us to deliver; your orders, payments and receipts; and, when you sign a letter with us, an optional ID number, your signature and, for a letter signed on paper, a photo of the signed sheet. When you agree to our terms online, we record the time and the device used.

2. Why we keep it. To take and deliver your orders, to issue receipts and certificates, to help with warranty claims and after-sales service, to keep a record of what was agreed and handed over, and to prevent fraud.

3. Who else sees it.

• Our team.
• A courier, when you ask for delivery.
• Your bank or ours, when a payment needs tracing.
• A brand, when you ask us to help with a warranty claim.
• The authorities, when the law requires.

No one else.

4. How long. For as long as you are our client, and afterwards for as long as a receipt, certificate or signed letter may be needed to prove a piece's history.

5. Your choices. Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details we hold, by writing to the email on your receipt. We will act on it unless a law or an open order requires us to keep a record.
